Northwest News: TriMet to cut millions from budget but spendy public art stays;

Well, not quite everything, reports staff writer Joseph Rose. Turns out the agency's budget for public art won't get the axe. And, Rose reports, the agency's tough times didn't keep administrators from hiring "four executive and manager positions, totaling $495,000 in annual salaries."
