I was a 16 year employee with the company that provides advertising for T/M. The shop has had CBA'S thru the ATU since 1979. When my job was threatened, due to a physical disability, Jon was there to help negotiate a great VERBAL agreement. He promised me an addendum to the current CBA at that time. NEVER HAPPENED. I was "laid-off" shortly after. Evidentally shaking the cloven hoof of the former company manager, Brad Kleiner, was good enough. I couldn't get Jon to give me the time of day. I did, however, thru the efforts of Ron Heintzman, receive a small settlement from the employer 2 years later.
