How to not lose money when your 2-zone TriMet tickets expire Aug. 31
This is bullshit, I am tired of TriMet making us trade in tickets, they should FIND a way to make it all work. I think their goal is to get you OFF their system.....this includes their toy trains.
My hunch is that TriMet will end up allowing people to purchase an upgrade on the bus.
The idea that TriMet will get all of its ticket vendors (ex: Safeway) to trade tickets is laughable. A more reasonable idea would be for TriMet to staff a few transit centers (ex: BTC, Gateway, etc) and offer to exchange themselves during extended hours.
