And this is who this man REALLY IS:
. A TriMet lobbyist for 25 years, Feeney worked with the Oregon
delegation to secure more than $2 billion in federal light-rail
construction funds. Through his efforts and others Portland ranks third
in the nation behind only New York and Los Angeles in garnering federal
transit-construction dollars. As evidence of his work and the support he
enjoys by many, a stop on the new Interstate light rail line has been
named in his honor. SOURCE:HERE!A long time CRONY of Neil Mcfarlane who has absolutely NO CREDIBILITY in making such pronouncements!
Neil is calling all cronies to speak out and cover for him. As the GM of a "public agency" he cannot continue to flaunt the law and disregard lawful decisions against his tactics. Keep it up... you are showing the public and employees your ass.
ReplyDeleteCut your losses, move on and "Do The Right Thing" and bring your A game to the November Contract table.
The article does not include this fact: Feeney did not agree with Fred. Fred chose to maintain the benefit package for employees and establish a 6-year contract with ATU.
ReplyDeleteFeeney didn't agree. Feeney left the agency.
Do we know what Feeny is raking in as a retiree? $10k/month or more would be my guess.....
