NEWEST TRIMET NAZI SAYS STEP DISCIPLINE MEANS NOTHING

We all knew this guy was bad news. Mcfarlane, who whines about cutting expenses, decides to hire a six figure executive anyway. (why should shit bag Mcfarlane care about riders or employees)

Anyway some of you may have followed the case of the rail supervisor that knocked out a juvenile. It turns out that the rail supervisor (remember we do not know the facts of this case) won his job back at the STEP THREE GRIEVANCE HEARING.

Well Herr Steadman announced that Trimet WILL NOT HONOR THE STEP THREE DECISION.
In other words brothers and sisters, THE GRIEVANCE PROCESS IS GONE AS OF NOW.

  1. Another Unfair Labor practice complaint that they will lose from Trimet's piece of crap management team.

  2. Exhausting and quite exspensive too. Perhaps that's the Steadman strategy.

  3. They are operating with complete and total disregard for ethics

  4. The criminals running TM make their own laws. To hell with State and Federal Laws! We are Trimess and we can do whatever we want. ULP rulings don't matter when you make your own Rules. How can they ever pretend to negotiate in good faith again for future contracts including those with other Agencies and Contractors. All beware, this administration will lie , cheat and steal from you.

  5. What is noticeble about these tactics is the disregard for worker's rights and due processes.

If it is allowed to disengrate into settlement by ULPs, ATU fiscal reserves will soon be exhausted. In addition, key leaders within this region would not take kindly to taxpayer funds being used to bully ATU members and eliminating basic principals of communication and problem resolution . As I have stated before--the silence from ATU is very concerning.

Stand up and speak out ATU. Gather your allies. It is not about "Going to War" and using inflatable rats. It is about respect, truth and dignity. Stand Up.

  7. Sam Adams did/said the same thing when the arbitrator ruled in favor of that police off.

  8. How is this different from the union also moving a step 3 decision forward to arbitration after they made an agreement. It happens on both side.
