Can Lane Jensen wear a Trimet uniform in public

As far as the inspectors are concerned all their conduct is based on the TRIMET CODE which defines what they can enforce in the way of exclusions etc. I just read through it and is says nothing about wearing uniforms for non employees. As far as I know as long as he doesn't attempt to impersonate a Trimet employee or possess a fake badge he is clear of any legal violations.
