We will never see the videos of any sensational Trimet incident

Unlike most transit districts who release film of sensational events immediately, we here in the State of Oregon are stuck with a transit district obsessed with secrecy.

They have the full collusion of the major media, who never seems to request the video's of these sensational events.
Trimet uses the public records law as a means of obstruction, which is what it was really designed for, to keep public records private.
And Trimet always uses the same excuse, something you never see anyplace else (that I know of) in the country.
"we can't release the video while its under investigation" Even after the charges have been filed and the investigation is complete they still won't release it.
