According to Trimet-you can't smoke anywhere!

Q: I do not plan on quitting smoking when the smoking ban goes into effect –where do I go for my smoke break?
A: Anywhere smoking is legally allowed—most likely a public sidewalk at least 10 feet from an entrance, exit, window or air-intake vent. Oregon's Smokefree Workplace Law prohibits smoking in most public places and places of employment. Some people in this situation use a nicotine replacement product, such as gum or a lozenge.
