ReplyDeletethey aint doing it of nuthing thats for sure.
ReplyDeleteWhatever you get is more than you got now.
It never ceases to amaze me how the very first thing people ask is well this is more for the Attorny then for me. I just can get over this . I know several people who would not sign up because an attorney might get paid. My god the case is worth more then the money. This will effect Triment back for some years and then it will effect your wallet from then on. But let's worry what an Attorny might make for his time he spent getting his bachelors degree and then the time and money to go to law school. Hmmmm that is atleast 6 years of school, plus the money. And we are worried about paying him for his knowlge. We are worried we will pay someone to file paper work that we have no clue on how to fill out and file. The attorney needs to be paid a fair price. Even though all this information has been descust and posted. Al I thank you so much starting this. This will effect wife pay for many years to come if this case is successful. Ohh by the way I don't care if the attorney get 100% of the settlement because I CAN NOT DO THE PAPERWORK OR ARGUE IN FRONT OF A JUDGE, I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PRESENT AN APEAL. I am happy you found someone to speak on our behalf
ReplyDeleteThere are more than a few stupid and scared Trimet employees. Pay them no mind
