Neil McFarlane changes his mind, to work with union
In a landmark decision today, the TriMet's General Manager says his heart has shone through and has decided that instead of continuing to antagonize his own employees, he would work with them to control actual health care costs so neither the district or the workers would have to deal with the massive price increases.

In other news, Erik Halstead gets had too: a first time and a second time (not to mention that the first one didn't involve TriMet at all, as Portland Streetcar does it's own marketing).
