TRIMET HAS THE 'RICHEST BENEFITS IN THE USA'-SOMETHING DOESN'T ADD UP

The following charts show that Trimet is no where near the most expensive transit system to operate. This proves management assertions that the union employees are causing the destruction of Trimet to be completely false.

11th on the list as the most expensive per hour
13th on the list as most expense per mile
12th on the list cost per boarding

If Trimet's claim that its employees have the richest benefits in the country was true, how is it that Trimet is not the most expensive transit system in America to operate using these standard measurement comparisons?
It does not add up!

  1. $3.83 per rider...hmm, that's why they are going to the 2hour printed ticket, to get a basic $5 fare from each rider collecting an extra $1.17. But the biggest mistake they made was allowing unqualified people on the Honored Citizen program. So, in actuallity they are only collecting $2 mostly, and need $1.83 to cover the loss, instead of fixing the HC program.
