Perhaps Porkland and TriMet can now be persuaded to abandon their
long-cherished dream of ramming light rail down the throats of unwilling
Clark County residents. Likely not, but they've certainly cost
taxpayers a lot of money in this demonstration of arrogance.
That alone is reason enough for the CRC group to be disbanded, and if
a new bridge is to be built at some point it might be a good idea for
the states to hire engineers who actually know what they're doing.

Meh . . . they'll say that the pedestrian/bicycle area on the I-205 bridge isn't needed, that the I-205 bridge carries more traffic anyway so it'd be a better choice, and they'll create a purple line or a brown line or a black line from where the green/red/blue lines come together at Gateway.
