TRIMET ORDERED TO 'CEASE AND DESIST' TRYING TO COLLECT RETROACTIVE HEALTH COSTS

Mcfarlane has been breaking the law over and over and over yet he remains in power supported by a corrupt Governor and corrupt board of directors.
The Oregon Employment Relations Board rendered its decision in the contentious case between TriMet and the Amalgamated Transit Union. This was the case decided by Arbitrator Gaba in July 2012 that created a new labor agreement. The Union had objected to TriMet’s changing its proposals about contract issues during the hearing before Gaba.
The ERB’s 47-page decision is being “closely reviewed” by the Union, says ATU President Bruce Hansen. He did note that “the Union was completely cleared of any wrongdoing by the Board. On the other hand, the Board found that TriMet violated its legal duty to bargain in good faith.”
The agency has been ordered to reimburse certain funds it withheld and also ordered to cease and desist from trying to collect retroactive health insurance premiums from employees.
