MORON MARY FETSCH

Trimet has lost TWO court decisions yet MORON MARY FESTCH makes the following statement:

In the TriMet case, a trial court judge ruled that TriMet wrongly rejected an ad criticizing dams on the Klamath River that was sponsored by Friends of the River and the Karuk Tribe of California.
The Oregon Court of Appeals upheld that ruling in 2011 and both sides have been waiting for more than a year for the Supreme Court to rule on the dispute.
"We want the guidance of the Supreme Court on this," said TriMet spokeswoman Mary Fetsch.

Obviously Trimet is doing the same thing on this issue that they are doing on the theft of employee wages for illegal medical charges, they just don't want to comply so they are using tax payer funds to continue to try to find some way not to comply. Disgusting how the Trimet oligarchs continue to defy public and court rulings.
