SOME PEOPLE ARGUE THAT FARE TRISTAPO ACT AS A DETERRENT TO FARE EVASION

It's complete nonsense as the number of citations is not decreasing nor the boldness of repeat offenders. If people have no jobs and no assets these fare evasion citations are nothing but a joke. They spend one night in jail each time they get caught, obviously they couldn't care less about that.
Now if Trimess mess transit district had secured its stations it would not be quite so easy to flaunt the rules as it is now. Mcdoughbag would rather pay millions to hire Tristapo then secure the stations cause THAT'S HOW THEY ROLL
