HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT MAX HAS 85% ON TIME STATS

Anybody who understands the daily operation of the transit system can see quite clearly that MAX delays are constant and ongoing.

So how is it possible that Trimet publishes monthly statistics that claim MAX performance is always 80% or higher?

Here is your answer, they turn them around,which basically eliminates entire trips but it does appear that the MAX is now on time. In laymen terms that would be called 'cheating'
