We are still having problems in dispatch with the new radio system. Please be aware that the system still has bugs to be worked out. It appears that our cries for help have fallen  on deaf ears. Neil McFarlane said at last months board  meeting they were  in the process of hiring 30 white shirts for early 2014. You think he would have told his managers about this. Every manager I asked looks at me with a blank look on their face. Go team.
