Public transit seating
Interesting site where the priority is to create a seat that is actually comfortable for operators and riders!
TriMet (as well as most transit agencies) has used a lot of USSC seats through the years, both passenger and driver seats. TriMet has worked with USSC going back to the 1990s on driver seat comfort and safety research from what I recall reading.
Did you think your driver's seat was comfortable when you were a driver? Chances are that it was a USSC.
Wasn't there an issue with USSC driver seats some years ago in your Flxible Metros (1700-1900 series coaches)?

The seats that they have now in the 30-31 series have injured a lot of people, mostly right hip injuries.
