As a matter of policy, Oregon’s largest mass transit agency allocates 1.5 percent of project civil-engineering budgets toward art installations along transit lines.     Dont you know that tri met is on a course of a giant financial ship wreck. Its a sinking ship and they are providing the life boats for those managers. The rest of us will drown from their finacial burden.
