Trimet installs 'life boats' for management disguised as art

In preparing for the upcoming disaster Trimet has used the category called 'art' to prepare for the  crisis. Neil Mcfarlane could be spending time at Center street so a life boat has been prepared for him and as much retirement loot that he can carry with him.
The boat is carefully positioned to paddle directly down 17th Avenue
