Milwaukie voters on Tuesday narrowly approved a light rail
construction bond that will let the city of Milwaukie refinance its debt
to TriMet.
About 54 percent of voters supported the measure in early returns.
The city proposed the measure to issue $4 million in general obligation bonds in February.
