TRIMET MANAGERS TRYING TO LIMIT INTERNET FREEDOMS OF ITS EMPLOYEES SHOULD LISTEN TO HILLARY | Internet Site Law
That site wreaks of being a spamblog but i'll say this about that.
I disagree with a majority of TriMet's policies. However, because of the screwed up legal system we live in, where "innocent until proven guilty" has been subverted to "innocent unless we think you're guilty," and putting the burden of proof on the defendant instead of on the plaintiff? Yeah. We're stuck with what we've got.
As that applies to the context of Billary's speech excerpt, internet filtering software at TriMet is here to stay, at least until some new legislation gets introduced banning it, and holding folks that use internet access inapropriately directly accountable. (Oh, wait, we can't have that either... This is why we can't have nice things.)
