Trying to understand the Reed Group contract!

In Reed Group contract RC090214DG, Modification No.3 item number 3 on that page states, "The scope of services of this contract is hereby changed to add TriMet's "Work Hours Reconciliation" project, per the "Project Work Order," attached and hereby incorporated as Exhibit B."

I am requesting documents which will show what is TriMet's "Work Hours Reconciliation" project?
