Full C-Tran meeting about TriMet Contract

At least there is some vocal dissent over at C-Tran even though it gets voted down every time by the Trimet cronies who have a majority of that board and who signed a contract that will cost the Vancouver residents $5 million dollars if they go against Trimet. I still can't believe the C-Tran officials approved a resolution so bad for Vancouver residents
