The woman that was 102 (which is definitely an achievement) and Trimet pretended like they actually cared about her. I bet none of the Trimet officials at that silly event even heard of the lady till that day. But they got mileage like you wouldn't believe out of that little stunt.
All they gotta do now is figure out how to celebrate Kittens on Trimet and they will have the public eating out of their hands
These kittens ride Trimet every day says Bob Nelson! |
- Leah Nagely Robbins Frank Springer, 102, is an unofficial ambassador of the Brooklyn Neighborhood. He's looking forward to riding the Orange Line when it opens next year!
- Carlotta Collette I hope I'm riding the Orange Line when I'm 102. Actually, I hope I'm riding the Orange Line next year!
- Akalema Pherribo No I don't know any centenarian passengers but if one does come along I would hope Chapel Hill transit would do something of the same thing. This is an awesome gesture!
- Margie Neyman-Reese Wow that is awesome thanks for making it so special need more businesses that do that for the elderly

Your attitude's about as negative as they come. P
ReplyDeleteI exist to debunk their crap.
ReplyDeleteAl is negative?
ReplyDeleteYou mean that Trimet really cares about that senior citizen?
I think if you compare Al's blog to Trimet's actions negativity is from Trimet.
Trimet has done so many things wrong to the people of this area yet they always get away with all of it.
I get accused of being 'negative' all the time. Doesn't bother me in the least. Nobody calls Trimet on their behavior of eliminating every single thing that makes them look bad and the blatant lies that come from their PIO's.
ReplyDeleteBut anonymous clowns call me negative.
Al is overly negative. It must be exhausting. That said, I nearly spit out my coffee at the kitten gif. That shit was brilliant.
