It's no secret that Trimet reliability has gone down the tubes in the last few years.
While the Trimet executives stay sequestered in their nice offices behind locked and guarded entrances Trimet union employees have the honor of dealing with a disgusted public who are on their last nerve using the Trimet system.
There are many examples like the one below of union employees going out of their way to lessen the blow of a disappointing transit experience.
The employee stayed in service so as not to inconvenience Trimet riders for a third time, kudos to this Max Operator
