TRIMET/ATU757 PLAYING MIND GAMES WITH EMPLOYEES

Mind games: a largely conscious struggle for psychological one-upmanship, often employing passive–aggressive behavior to specifically demoralize or empower the thinking subject, making the aggressor look superior; also referred to as "power games".[1]

I've gotten plenty of feedback from employees that the union representatives they voted  into office won't discuss the contract. They are demanding that everyone wait two weeks!
This is definitely some sort of mind game

  1. These are union members running into their union elected representative at work! This is face to face contact yet they are not allowed to talk about it?

    Gimme a fucking break!
