He's talking about some sort of web page that has been developed for operators. Interesting that I haven't heard a thing about it till now. He's putting forth the case that Trimet operators are now being engaged in management decisions. No way to know if its actually true of course.
 It's the usual 'look how great we are doing' schpeel.
