The "There Goes My Retirement Bridge" bridge time lapse
Kirk Reeves
I wonder how many millions were spent and will be spent on this tourist attraction? Lie to your retirees but light up a damn inanimate bridge.
I wonder how much of a kickback the Milwaukie Mayor/Tri-Met employee got?!? He seems to have disappeared from the scene now. Probably living a nice retired life.
Thanks for that. It must be one heck of a garbage and recycling job to go to Seattle where the cost of living is so high. Maybe he did get one heck of a kickback from TriMet. The Oregonian should have done a better job at following that trail. Seems fishy.
Wait a minute... The article said that he was keeping a place in Milwaukie. Then why wouldn't he continue as Mayor? You don't just give up a gravy gig like that, do you?

ReplyDeleteHe got a job up in Seattle for a 'garbage and recycling' firm.
ReplyDeleteMust be one hell of a good paying job for him to go up there for that sort of thing.
Don't forget, the garbage business was Tony Sapranos business!
