People think that Trimet is a transit agency. The truth is Trimet is a cash machine, and there is lots of cash to be made if your associated with Trimet. As usual the biggest winner is Stacey and Witbek who rake in multimillions  every quarter. And then there are hundreds of smaller contractors who make hundreds of thousands.
