Trimet and Portland are all about white priviledge
There's a Plaid Pantry at Killingsworth and 72nd. I would hope that they will be participating.
They could go cashless. It's a matter of having a simple enough system where any business that is willing to a) take payments, b) mark the money as being added to a rider's account on the fare system Web site, and c) in turn pay TriMet minus a commission can be a place where riders can add cash.
