Before light rail and developers seized control of Trimet
Also, I will say that the Orange Line meant that limited stop trips on Line 31 (which weren't non-stop express but did bypass downtown Milwaukie and go to downtown Portland) ended. And that while the Green Line now provides fast service all day every day, 28 minutes gets you only to the Lloyd Center, and that's at best when there's no delays. Getting to downtown Portland adds time to that.
I want to know where he go that from.
