Nothing ever changes

  1. It should be noted that I don't think the incident was confirmed at the time of the first tweet. It was about 6 minutes later that a supervisor arrived and it was decided that there would be a disruption. Which means it only took about 11 minutes for an official alert to be put out.

But they are often much worse. It was about 30 minutes before an alert was put out for the recent Orange Line disruption (20 minutes after a bus bridge had been planned) and it was incorrect.

In addition, there was no alert about a blocking vehicle on the Steel Bridge that evening, after which trains were 30 minutes late.
