Lane Jensen vs Trimet update

To Whom it may Concern,
My name is Lane Jensen. I was contacted by email about my videos on YouTube. As of today, October 16th, 2016, those videos have been removed from YouTube.

However, in accordance with the Fair Use Copyright Law, under the category of Parodies, I have re-created the videos, with the following changes.

1. The copyrighted TriMet logo is no longer visible.
2. The "TriMet TV" voice has been replaced, no longer using the official voice from TriMet's videos.
3. The phone greeting has also been replaced, no longer using the recording from Tri-Met's phone system.

However, the use of the video, "Why We Drive", can be used under the Parody clause in the Fair Use Copyright law. I have indicated in the title of both videos, the description of both videos, and a watermark on the second video that both videos are a parody and are NOT made by TriMet.

Sincerely Yours,

Lane Jensen
