Trimet director Prosser worries about Randy Stedmen's "feelings"

At the last  Trimet board meeting there was a presentation to Trimet union buster Randy Stedmen for being one of Portland Jobs with Justices Grinch of the year! 

Interestingly, the Trimet board once again showed how disconnected they are from reality.
 They  showed their "disgust"  for the first amendment by attempting to link civil disobedience with "bullying".

Prosser then went on to be upset that  their union busting executive Randy Stedmen was being "singled out". 
This is a man that has created a hostile workplace at Trimet and has disregarded laws and ethical standards in his anti union activities. 

This is your Trimet board, defending the honor of a man that has inflicted pain and suffering on many union employees and the union in general.

    With the above being said how please explain how presenting Randy with such an award in such a manner a show of resistance?

    Though presenting a type of a reward can be viewed as an exposure type technic it lacks the presentation of factual background. It is claimed that laws have been broken yet no law violations was quoted to demonstrate this. I feel that this was presented poorly and that they are better ways to expose TriMet’s wrong doings.

  2. I happen to believe that Mr Stedmen is one of the worst violators of civil discourse and he routinely bullies whole swaths of Trimet union employees under color of authority.

    Nothing we can do to him even comes close to what he does to us. This is play time compared to the ruthlessness he practices to us.

    So what do you propose? Let's see your plan outlined

    What's stopping you from implementing your plan to deal with Stedmen.

  3. I don’t see Mr. Day doing anything other than helping facilitate TriMet’s mission to turn the ATU’s members against each other and misdirect union officers time and energy to frivolous interpretations of the ATU constitution and bylaws.
