This clown is telling us how COVID has decimated "our" finances and how thank god we have our accounting technocracy to save "us" from the horrible fiscal devastation. We know this is a lie for the simple fact that all the capital projects are full speed ahead. Watch any board meeting and see how they hand out multi million dollar contracts and bonuses without even one cutback. This "we are out of money" bullshit is for the serfs, and only the serfs.
