1-The first item worth mentioning is the GENERAL MANAGERS JOB DESCRIPTION. 

The duties of the General Manager are set forth in ORS 267.140 and ORS 267.145 and in Chapter 2.15 and 2.40 of the TriMet Code, The Board previously adopted a General Manager Job Description that complies with ORS 267 and the TriMet Code during its 2017-2018 recruitment, in Resolution 17-10-81. 

The public and stakeholder groups play an important role in the process of selecting a General Manager. 😂🤣 (Not since I've been following this shit)

😂🤣😅😆TriMet can be extremely effective in gathering feedback from the community and including that feedback in making decisions that benefit TriMet’s riders, employees, stakeholders, and the community. (blow your own horn much)

2-RESOLUTION NO. 21-01-50OF THE TRI-COUNTYMETROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT OF OREGON(TRIMET) ADOPTING THE TRIMET PEDESTRIAN PLAN

All transit riders, whether they walk or roll (yes that wording is in this)  The purpose of the Pedestrian Plan is to make walking and rolling to transit safer, more desirable and more comfortable (basically this is a whole bunch of bureaucracy that I don't want to read about)

3-ORDINANCE NO. 360 OF THE TRI-COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT OF OREGON (TRIMET) ESTABLISHING ROSA PARKS DAY AND REVISING TRIMET CODE CHAPTER 19 (SECOND READING)

This Ordinance implements the Board’s declared intent by establishing every future February 4 as Rosa Parks Day, during which fares will not be collected from transit riders. (OK "they" are giving y'all a fareless day here)

4-ORDINANCE NO. 361 OF THE TRI-COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT OF OREGON (TRIMET) AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE TRIMET CODE TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF “NET EARNINGS FROM SELF-EMPLOYMENT” (SECOND READING)

This Ordinance contains an update of the TriMet Code definition for “net earnings from selfemployment.” This Ordinance brings TriMet Code Chapter 14 concerning the tax on net earnings from self-employment into conformity with the Internal Revenue Code. (A bunch of bureaucratic baloney)

5- ORDINANCE NO. 362 OF THE TRI-COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT OF OREGON (TRIMET) RETROACTIVELY ADOPTING APRIL 2020 AND AUGUST 2020 SERVICE CHANGES AND UPDATING ROUTE DESIGNATIONS (FIRST READING AND PUBLIC HEARING)

However, given the unrelenting persistence of the pandemic and the economic and social damage it continues to cause, it has become certain that TriMet’s “temporary” service reductions and route changes will continue throughout Fiscal Year 2021. Therefore, to be consistent with ORS 267.150(3) and TriMet Code Chapter 22, both the service reductions and restorations require retroactive approval by the Board through this Ordinance. (there you have it, the service "reductions" are hereby permanent)
