5-This Resolution allows for the transfer of $3,875,000 from the FY2021 Budget ContingencyAppropriation account to three budgetary categories: 1) Special Payments, in the amount of$1,900,000; 2) the Information Technology Division, in the amount of $1,475,000; and 3)Other Post-Employment Benefits, in the amount of $500,000.

6- $2,417,671----->Under the proposed Contract, TIG will be responsible for decommissioning and disposing ofthe existing MAR systems, installing the new MAR, providing training, documentation andany customization of the MAR systems needed to accommodate TriMet’s requirements. TheMAR-Central Management Interface provided under this Contract will become the newstandard for all TriMet vehicles, and future vehicle orders will require the MAR systemsselected under this Contract to be installed prior to delivery  WHO KNOWS WHAT THE FUCK THIS IS AND IF ITS EVEN NEEDED
