There will always be kind hearted drivers who will go out of their way to help those left out of society

 The rules are the rules but even way back when I was driving there were the drivers who actually enjoyed denying people rides and other drivers who go out of their way to help those less fortunate than we are. Who is behind that wheel will determine if you get the kind of service you need or not. Trimet rules always favor the ruthless drivers but fear not, there are those who will look the other way to get you where you need to go with whatever possessions you have 

And then there will be those drivers who take great pleasure in inflicting pain onto those less fortunate
