chronicles: happened the other day: Had an amazing bus driver after work. Made sure everyone was okay, stopped when someone needed help & made sure everyone knew where to go to avoid the cold weather. Above & beyond compassion
MAX Green Line is experiencing up to 60 minute delay through 1:00 a.m. due to earlier operating issues. MAX Green Line to Portland trips scheduled to depart Clackamas Town Ctr TC at 11:48 p.m. and 12:18 a.m. are canceled.
MAX Red Line to Airport trip scheduled to depart Gateway/NE 99th Ave TC at 1:11 a.m. and MAX Red Line to Portland trip scheduled to depart Airport at 1:41 a.m. are canceled due to earlier operating issue and will be serviced by shuttle bus.
It doesn’t work. Take a look at Portland. We spend upwards of $100k/homeless person/year. And a $2 billion annual Trimet budget. And it’s still dangerous, dirty, and delayed all the time.
