So one man, the TRIMET GENERAL MANAGER, makes the decision if someone is to be banned off the system.
How in the world is this not blatant fascism when one man holds the power to withhold publicly funded services. This is the literal definition of A FASCIST LEADER, where all the authority is based on one person!
Furthermore this is just performative theatre since how the heck do they stop someone from riding the transit system anyway?
