McFarlane has done such a miserable job dealing with his employees he needed to hire yet ANOTHER FAT CAT EMPLOYEE to do the job that he can't do.
Steadman of course is nothing but a HATCHET MAN for Mcfarlane, who must be tired of looking like the slug he is.
Content to play this as a riders vs drivers issue, these executives are really despicable. I have never seen anything like this at a non profit agency.
Of course they could lead by example by taking a 10% pay cut for all executives making over 100k which would take the high ground away from the union, but that would be too much to ask, executives actually give up something, that will never happen.

There was a brief bio of Randy at Merlo that I read.He left TriMet for a position in California.I have only been here 5 years.What strikes me odd is that HR brings former employees back,ie Harry Saporta.Then,this dude comes back.I was in corporate sales for almost 30 years.I never saw one sales rep ever brought back once the person left.This is a new protocol for me.Will HR care to explain?
