Today's installment of "Quality TriMet Bus Stops"

I really am at a loss to describe what's right about this bus stop.

  1. Convenient for anyone who needs to transfer to the Union Pacific going to Idaho and beyond.

  2. Don't forget, UP runs to Seattle, to Spokane, and now south too.

And don't forget you can also transfer to BNSF or Amtrak.

  3. I'm impressed the installation crew didn't plant the sign closer to the black top surface, that sign may just stand the test of time, who knows?

  4. There's a bus stop sign!

  5. Yeah and it's a new bus stop sign!

  6. There's also a decent place to stand and trains to watch.

How much money do you think it's reasonable to spend on this stop and all 8,000+ others? Do you think it should be TriMet's responsibility that there's no sidewalk or street crossing?

What about how (at least as of Fall 2010) zero people used this stop to get on or off?
