C-TRAN RESPONDS TO RIDERS COMPLAINTS F-A-S-T!!!

When was the last time you saw Trimet react this fast to complaints? NEVER, if at all.
Many of you have contacted C-TRAN to voice your concerns over our most recent service change. C-TRAN is evaluating the situation with the 134/199 combination and are prepared to make an adjustment within the next 2 weeks, once it’s determined how this additional trip might be structured. In the meantime, we will attempt to assign buses with maximum seating capacity to those routes reporting standees.
Any adjustments made will more than likely be announced through our electronic notification service, so please encourage your fellow passengers to sign up for electronic notifications if they haven’t done so already. This free service is available through our Website, and no personal information is ever shared.
C-TRAN appreciates the response we’ve received from our passengers. Your feedback plays an important role in how service is developed and adjusted, so please stay tuned for more updates.
