I have said many times that TriMet didn't self destruct due to the so called "labor shortage", it was done on purpose and here is the report that was issued by Jarrett Walkers via a pork barrel contract (heaven knows none of the overpaid executives have the talent to come up with this kind of document) proving that theory.
