Transit districts are lying about not being able to find people.
Everybody with a brain knows that its not a 'labor shortage' its a pay shortage.
Considering what operators have to put up with these days these jobs need to be reclassified and the starting and ending wages must be increased significantly.
No Transit agency is stepping up to the plate to end the "driver shortages".
What's actually happening at TriMet and around the country and the world is that austerity is being imposed on the public and they hide behind the "labor shortage" myth
