NEIL MCFARLANE INNOCENT!
The evidence is conclusive that Neil McFarlane had nothing to do with this move to increase health care costs and the union had been informed of this in 2009.

Innocent on one count -
Fred gave notice to Jon a year ago; so the insurance premium increase wasn't really "sprung" on the members.
But it doesn't IMO make the case that Neil (and now Fred) are actually reading the law correctly.
True enough, but it was no surprise to the union that this was going to be happening.
And if it is indeed against the law, why is there no lawsuit pending?
