This is part of one of the letters from Fred to Jon.
Fred states that we were going to get that increase in our premiums last year!
So what happened? Why did that decision get put off for another year?
Maybe there was another agreement between John and Fred that we are not seeing?

It's says the costs are increasing, but nothing about passing those costs on to the drivers.
Gotta read the whole letter to see that part.
