Lots of good data on the current system. The structured buying of 30-40 buses a year, every year was supposed to happen in the Fred Hansen administration. But the temptation for management to take "just one" year's bus funds for some other purpose is irresistable.
Odd to be in SoCal recently where all buses on the road seem to be low floor hybrids or low floor LPG powered.
