While there are folks out there with poor people skills, some of the info from people's records being dredged up from almost 20 years ago is ridiculous. I have multiple complaints for "discourteous behavior" myself, usually lodged by passengers pissed off that I asked them for a fare. I have two complaints (both bogus) that I "shouted obscenities". In neither case did that actually happen. What happened was that one cyclist who cut me off and one pedestrian who stepped in front of my moving bus figured out that they could add meat to a complaint by claiming I'd dropped an f-bomb on them.Even with these folks who end up with "retraining" - if you look at the actual percentage of complaints, transporting tens of thousands of passengers and having a small handful lodges complaints says more about the complainers (some of whom are flat-out nuts) than the Operators.
